Before a line is drawn, we assess your lot. Soil conditions, drainage, access, solar orientation, setbacks — we find every site challenge before it becomes a cost surprise mid-build.

Design Collaboration

We work with your architect or connect you with our trusted design partners. We stay in the room from the beginning so the design is actually buildable — and so we can value-engineer without compromising the intent.

Permits & Pre-Construction

We handle all permit submittals, engineering coordination, and utility connections. We don't break ground until every approval is in hand.

Foundation & Framing

This is where your home takes shape. We build tight, plumb, and level — because everything downstream depends on the frame being right.

In today's Utah mountain market, expect $350–$650+ per square foot for a fully custom home, depending on finishes, site complexity, and architectural ambition. We'll give you honest numbers after a site visit and design consultation.
Most custom homes in our portfolio run 12–18 months from permit to move-in. Complex lots, extensive custom millwork, or supply chain factors can push that. We give you a realistic schedule upfront and update it regularly.
